13th International Workshop on Multi-Level Modeling

The 13th International Workshop on Multi-Level Modeling (MULTI 2026), held in Málaga, Spain, brings together researchers and practitioners working on the theoretical foundations and practical applications of multi-level modeling. The workshop focuses on the challenges of designing modeling languages and frameworks that support multiple classification levels — an approach increasingly relevant in software engineering, knowledge representation, and enterprise architecture. Topics include deep metamodeling, orthogonal classification, multi-level model transformation, and tool support for multi-level languages. MULTI 2026 invites submissions of original research papers, position papers, and tool demonstrations addressing the theory and practice of multi-level modeling. Topics of interest include: deep metamodeling frameworks; orthogonal multi-level classification; multi-level model transformation and refactoring; semantic foundations of multi-level languages; tool support and language workbenches; applications in software engineering, enterprise architecture, and knowledge representation; comparisons of multi-level approaches; and case studies from industrial practice. Both full papers (up to 10 pages) and short position papers (up to 5 pages) are welcome. All submissions will be peer-reviewed by the international program committee.
