The 38th Annual International Occupational Ergonomics and Safety Conference, convened in Guadalajara, Mexico, is one of the longest-running forums dedicated to the science and practice of occupational health, ergonomics, and workplace safety. Drawing participants from industry, healthcare, academia, and regulatory agencies across the Americas and beyond, the conference addresses the full spectrum of challenges in creating safe, healthy, and productive work environments. Topics range from musculoskeletal disorder prevention and ergonomic workstation design to industrial hygiene, psychosocial risk factors, occupational exposure assessment, and safety management systems. The 2026 edition gives special focus to emerging risks in digital workplaces, aging workforces, and the use of wearable technologies for real-time occupational health monitoring.
