"Sticky Situations: Bodies / Pleasures / Perturbations" is the 2026 student conference of the Doctoral Theatre Students' Association at the CUNY Graduate Center's Theatre and Performance Program. The conference theme explores embodied experience, affect, and disruption in theatre and performance studies, inviting submissions on bodies, pleasure, and perturbation across performance disciplines and methodologies. It welcomes doctoral students and emerging scholars to present work-in-progress and engage in critical dialogue.
