The 2nd International Workshop on Socio-technical Approaches to Content Moderation and Platform Governance, held in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, brings together researchers from computer science, social science, law, and platform policy to advance understanding of how online platforms can govern user-generated content in ways that are effective, fair, and accountable.
