The Practice of Enterprise Modeling (PoEM) is an established international conference dedicated to the research and practice of enterprise modeling and its applications in organizational design, digital transformation, and information systems development. PoEM brings together researchers, enterprise architects, and practitioners to discuss conceptual frameworks, modeling languages, and tool support for representing and reasoning about organizations, their processes, and their information systems. The conference emphasizes the practical application of enterprise modeling methods in real-world contexts, bridging the gap between modeling theory and organizational reality.
