Workshop on Domain-Specific Agentic AI

Nov 17 - 17, 2026
Abstract Deadline: Sep 10, 2026
About This Conference
The Workshop on Domain-Specific Agentic AI, held in Belgrade, Serbia, addresses one of the most rapidly evolving frontiers in artificial intelligence: the design and deployment of autonomous AI agents tailored to specific professional and industrial domains. As general-purpose large language models are augmented with tool use, memory, and planning capabilities, domain-specific agentic systems are emerging in fields from legal research and software development to scientific discovery and healthcare triage. This workshop examines the architectural patterns, safety considerations, evaluation methodologies, and practical challenges of building reliable, trustworthy AI agents within constrained domain contexts, bringing together researchers from AI, software engineering, and domain-specific application fields.
Call for Papers
The Workshop on Domain-Specific Agentic AI invites original research contributions and system descriptions addressing the design, evaluation, and deployment of domain-specific autonomous AI agents. Topics of interest include: architectures for agentic AI systems (planning, memory, tool use); domain adaptation of foundation models for agentic tasks; multi-agent collaboration in specialized domains; safety, reliability, and controllability of AI agents; evaluation benchmarks for domain-specific agents; human-agent interaction and oversight mechanisms; agentic AI in software engineering, healthcare, legal, and scientific domains; retrieval-augmented generation for domain-grounded agents; and failure analysis and robustness of deployed agents.
