IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics
About This Conference
The IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (SMC) is the flagship event of the IEEE SMC Society, covering the broad interdisciplinary domains of systems engineering, human factors, and computational intelligence. SMC brings together researchers from computer science, engineering, cognitive science, and management to address the design and analysis of complex sociotechnical systems — systems that integrate human operators, intelligent machines, and organizational structures. The conference covers topics from adaptive control and cognitive systems to human-robot collaboration, decision support, and the systems dimensions of cybersecurity.
Call for Papers
SMC invites submissions on systems science and engineering, human-machine interaction, cognitive systems, computational intelligence, cybernetics, autonomous systems, decision-making under uncertainty, neural networks and fuzzy systems, evolutionary computation, and the application of systems thinking to problems in healthcare, transportation, manufacturing, and social systems. Interdisciplinary papers bridging human, machine, and organizational dimensions are especially welcome.
