NASSLLI 2025: North American Summer School in Logic, Language, and Information

About This Conference
NASSLLI 2025, the North American Summer School in Logic, Language, and Information, is an intensive interdisciplinary educational event that brings together advanced graduate students and researchers from linguistics, logic, philosophy, cognitive science, and computer science to study formal methods for understanding language and information. Courses and workshops cover formal semantics, pragmatics, mathematical linguistics, information theory, modal and dynamic logics, and the computational foundations of language.

Unlike a conventional conference, NASSLLI combines lectures by leading researchers with problem sessions and collaborative exploration, making it particularly valuable for PhD students who want rigorous training at the intersection of multiple disciplines that a single department cannot provide. The school has a long tradition of introducing students to research communities — and research communities to each other — making it a formative experience for careers that span logic, linguistics, and AI.
