NetSciX 2026: International School and Conference on Network Science
About This Conference
NetSciX 2026, the International School and Conference on Network Science, is the global winter meeting of the network science community, complementing the summer NetSci flagship event and providing an additional forum for research on complex networks and their applications. The program spans graph theory and network algorithms, community detection, temporal and multilayer networks, biological and social networks, epidemic spreading, and the application of graph neural networks to network-structured data.
Network science matters because graphs are the natural language of interconnected systems — from protein interaction networks and neural connectomes to social platforms and power grids. NetSciX attracts physicists, computer scientists, mathematicians, biologists, and social scientists united by their interest in relational structure. The school component makes the conference particularly valuable for PhD students who want both tutorial-level instruction from leading researchers and the opportunity to present their own work.
